Narnia auditions will be held at the playhouse of the Village Players on October 1 from 4:00 until 6:00 and October 2 from 2:30 until 4:30. All youth ages 8 to 18 are welcome to audition. You can choose which session you'd like to attend--you don't have to come to both. Some actors who audition on Friday might be asked to return on Saturday to read again. Auditionees should prepare a song from a musical as well as a one-minute monologue (memorized is preferred). Our music director has quite a bit of sheet music, but it is suggested you bring your own if you can. All actors will be taught a short dance routine, so wear comfortable clothing and shoes you can dance in.
Rehearsals will be held Monday and Wednesday afternoons from 4:45 until 6:45 and Saturdays from 12:00 until 3:30. Please be prepared to list all conflicts. The first rehearsal is on October 6.
Show Dates are December 9 - 12. Tech week begins on December 4. No conflicts are allowed during tech week. We will not rehearse November 25 - 28 (Thanksgiving break).
